Residential Treatment Plans
Available on an every-other-monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and one-time basis, our Home Protection Program features exterior power spraying of all high and low areas of the home.
Interior inspections would be done on an as-needed basis.
Interior service covers basements, headers, sills, attic rooflines, and roof flashed areas.
We use injector bait gel in interior living areas, pipe runs, corners, doors, windows, kitchens, and baths. Wall void injection will be used for potential nesting sites.
Exterior service covers dust voids under siding, doors, deck abutments, etc. We spray aerosol fog into possible ant nest voids and use exterior power spray on the foundation, deck abutments, around doors, roof flashing areas, and any stumps.
Follow-up services may include exterior inspections, exterior power spray, and void treatment if necessary.
